Aspiring SWAT
A.S.W.A.T – Aspiring Leaders
Focus areas of this programme for children from age 5+ include:

Supporting with warmups and basic drills

Demonstrating techniques with instructors

Supporting junior classes
-
Encouraging recognition and participation
-
Acting as a role model for club values
Outcome of A.S.W.A.T -
Students become: Reliable assistance, confident communicators, positive role models and ready to move onto developing their skills further.

Rising SWAT
R.S.W.A.T – Rising Leaders
Focus areas of this programme for children 9+ include:

Welcoming and including new members
-
Supporting technical skills development
-
Assisting instructors with warmups and demonstrations
-
Encouraging peers through praise and positive communication
-
Maintaining shared spaces
-
Supporting word‑of‑the‑week or values‑based tasks
Outcome of R.S.W.A.T
Students become: Socially and increased technical confidence. Early leadership experience and heightened sense of ownership and responsibility.

SWAT
S.W.A.T – Special Winning Attitude Team
This is a more Advanced leadership programme for students ready to support coaching, culture, and Academy operations and is for children aged 12+
Focus areas Include:

Leadership in Action: Leading warm‑ups independently, Supporting full class segments, demonstrating advanced techniques

Culture & Community: Welcome new families, Support club events, Model club values consistently, Assist with communication and recognition.

Outcome of S.W.A.T
Students become: Trusted leaders and confident assistant coaches, ambassadors for the club and ready for a more formal, extended and advanced leadership and instructing pathway that is aligned to professional standards
