Strength and Mobility

Inclusive, adaptive fitness designed for real bodies, real lives, and real challenges.

N.B. Fitness – Body and Mind, sessions are built around one core principle: your body comes first, exactly as it is today.

Whether you’re looking to do 1:1 kickboxing, rebuilding strength through strength training, improving mobility and flexibility, or wanting to feel fitter without fear of flare‑ups, pain, or judgement, your training is tailored to your needs, your energy, and your confidence.

My approach is different from mainstream gyms because it’s designed specifically for people who need a safe, adaptable, and understanding way to get stronger and move more, including those living with hidden disabilities, long‑term health conditions, or menopause‑related changes.

“Designed for those that want progress that feels safe, realistic, and sustainable, not a one‑size‑fits‑all approach”.

Cardio

Sustainable, low‑impact cardio that works with your energy, not against it

Cardio doesn’t have to mean high‑intensity workouts or pushing through exhaustion. With N.B. Fitness, cardio is:

  • Low‑impact and joint‑friendly when needed

  • Scaled to your daily energy levels

  • Designed to support heart health, stamina, and confidence

  • Adaptable for menopause, chronic fatigue, anxiety, or mobility challenges.

Pain is currently my stopper but I am getting stronger with @n.b.fitness2026 dropped 5lbs and core is improving too can not wait to see measurements later this month x

Fitness Kettlebell Workout

Build strength without being pushed past what’s safe

You’ll build muscle, stability, and confidence using:

  • Dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight work

  • Kickboxing‑inspired conditioning (optional)

  • Functional strength movements for everyday life

  • Adjustments for fatigue, pain, mobility limitations, or flare‑ups

  • Joint mobility and gentle range‑of‑motion work

  • Stretching and flexibility

  • Balance and stability

  • Adaptations for hypermobility, arthritis, fatigue, or flare days

Today I had my first fitness class with NB Fitness. It was a small class but I was able to work within my own limitations, which meant I had an hour of workout without upsetting my various aches and pains. Tash (trainer) regularly checked i wasn't hurting myself and when we did one exercise that I have always struggled with, Tash gave me an alternative so I feel like I have achieved a lot. Great fun class. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get fit. 5 stars
